塑料袋：九種不能加熱的情況你知曉嗎？

　　1、雞蛋不管帶不帶殼都不能用微波爐加熱。帶殼雞蛋放在微波爐里加熱后會爆炸，這個估計知道的人不少。但還有件事您是否知道——沒殼的雞蛋，不管全熟的、半生不熟的，還是有沒有放在水中一起加熱，只要沒攤開來，再被微波爐一加熱，危險性跟帶殼的時候一樣高。

　　1. Eggs, whether with or without shells, cannot be heated in the microwave. Many people know that eggs with shells will explode when heated in the microwave. But do you know one more thing - eggs without shells, whether fully cooked or half cooked, or whether they are heated together in water, as long as they are not spread out and heated in the microwave, the danger is as high as when they are shelled.

　　2、忌將肉類加熱半熟后再用微波爐加熱：因為在半熟的食品中細菌仍會生長，第二次再用微波爐加熱時，由于時間短，不可能將細菌全殺死。冰凍肉類食品須先在微波爐中解凍，然后再加熱為熟食。

　　2. 　　3、忌再冷凍經微波爐解凍過的肉類：因為肉類在微波爐中解凍后，實際上已將外面一層低溫加熱了，在此溫度下細菌是可以繁殖的，雖再冷凍可使其繁殖停止，卻不能將活菌殺死。已用微波爐解凍的肉類，如果再放入冰箱冷凍，必須加熱全熟。

Do not refreeze meat that has been thawed in the microwave: because after thawing in the microwave, the meat has actually been heated to a low temperature outside, at which temperature bacteria can reproduce. Although refreezing can stop its growth, it cannot kill live bacteria. 　　4、忌油炸食品：因高溫油會發生飛濺導致火災。如萬一不慎引起爐內起火時，切忌開門，而應先關閉電源，待火熄滅后再開門降溫。

　　7、忌用金屬器皿：因為放入爐內的鐵、鋁、不銹鋼、搪瓷等器皿，微波爐在加熱時會與之產生電火花并反射微波，既損傷爐體又加熱不熟食物。

　　8、忌使用封閉容器：加熱液體時應使用廣口容器，因為在封閉容器內食物加熱產生的熱量不容易散發，使容器內壓力過高，易引起爆破事故。即使在煎煮帶殼食物時，也要事先用針或筷子將殼刺破，以免加熱后引起爆裂、飛濺弄臟爐壁，或者濺出傷人。

Avoid using closed containers: When heating liquids, a wide mouthed container should be used, as the heat generated by heating food in a closed container is not easily dissipated, causing excessive pressure inside the container and potentially leading to explosion accidents. Even when cooking shelled food, it is important to puncture the shell with a needle or chopsticks beforehand to prevent it from exploding, splashing, dirtying the furnace wall, or splashing and injuring people after heating.
